The First Jar

Our garden has been rather unproductive this year. Starting seedlings inside early was a terrible move. I have a handful of green beans, but there are 2 things doing well. The rhubarb and the cucumbers. I was finally able to get enough cucumber to make my first jar of mustard pickles of the year! I love these little pickles and I didn't get my first jar last year till September. If you like salt and vinegar chips, these would be right up your alley. Here is a pick of my lovely first jar...
